User Agreement用户协议
1. General一、总则
Welcome to Outdoor Hunting App. By using the platform services, you agree to all terms of this agreement and voluntarily comply with all platform rules. 欢迎使用户外打野 APP，使用前请阅读本协议，一旦使用平台服务，即视为接受本协议全部条款，自愿遵守平台所有规则。
2. Account Usage二、账号使用
1. Minors under 18 are prohibited from registration. Violators bear all consequences. 1. 禁止未满18周岁未成年人注册使用，违规注册责任自负。
2. Users must provide true and valid identity information. Impersonation, lending, or unauthorized use of others' accounts is prohibited. 2. 用户需保证自身身份信息真实有效，不得冒用、转借、盗用他人账号注册及使用平台服务。
3. Location Sharing三、地点分享
1. Shared content authorizes the App for legal use. Users guarantee the content is true, legal, and compliant. 1. 分享内容授权APP合法使用，用户保证所发布内容真实、合法、合规。
2. The platform only provides location info display and sharing channels. All outdoor travel and location visit risks are borne by the user. 2. 平台仅提供点位信息展示与分享渠道，所有户外出行及点位前往风险由用户自行承担。
3. Users shall not post false locations, illegal content, vulgar or violent information. 3. 用户不得发布虚假点位、违规、违法、低俗暴力等不良信息。
4. Activity Risks & Responsibilities四、活动风险与责任
1. Participation in outdoor activities bears all risks, including fishing, hiking, wilderness exploration, etc. 1. 参与户外活动风险自担，包含钓鱼、爬山、野外探索等一切户外行为。
2. Proper safety protection and professional equipment are required. It is recommended to go with professionals. The platform is not liable for personal negligence or unauthorized actions. 2. 进行户外活动需做好安全防护、配备专业装备，建议在专业人员陪同下前往，因个人疏忽、擅自行动造成的一切后果自行负责。
3. AI plant identification, quiz content, and image libraries are for entertainment only. Do not consume wild plants based on this information. 3. 平台AI植物识别、野外植物答题、题库图文内容仅为娱乐参考，不构成专业科普、食用、药用指导，切勿依据内容自行采食野生植物。
4. Users bear all risks of outdoor activities including but not limited to: mudslides, floods, drowning, falls, snake/insect bites, pesticide residues, poisoning, private location fee disputes, and all legal liabilities. 4. 户外活动需自行承担全部风险，包括但不限于：泥石流、山洪、溺水、失足摔伤、毒蛇虫咬伤、野生植物农药残留、误食中毒、私人点位收费纠纷等一切意外及法律责任。
5. Official quiz images are AI-generated or photographed (not by professionals). Content is for entertainment reference only. 5. 官方题库里面的图片是通过AI生成的或者拍照的图片（由于不是专业人士拍摄），里面的内容仅供娱乐，答题题库图片仅作娱乐参考。
5. User Content License五、用户内容授权
1. When you share locations, images, comments, etc. in the App, you grant the platform a worldwide, free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, copy, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for App operation, promotion, and display. 1. 当您在APP分享地点、图文、评论等内容时，即授权平台在全球范围内免费、永久、不可撤销使用、复制、修改、改编、传播您发布的内容，可用于APP运营、推广、展示等合法用途。
2. You guarantee your content does not infringe others' intellectual property, portrait rights, or copyright. Any infringement or legal disputes shall be solely borne by you. 2. 本人保证发布内容不侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、著作权，不违反法律法规与公序良俗，若产生侵权及法律纠纷，由用户自行承担全部责任。
3. The platform has the right to review, delete, and block user content. Violating content may be removed and posting privileges restricted. 3. 平台拥有用户发布内容的审核、删除、屏蔽权限，发现违规内容可直接下架，并限制账号发布权限。
4. User posts and comments require location info, complying with national online content regulations. 4. 用户发言、发布内容需要获取您的定位信息，遵守国家网络内容发布相关规定。
6. User Rights六、用户权利
You have the right to view, correct, or delete personal account data and information at any time. For questions or complaints about the agreement or privacy policy, contact customer service through official channels. 您有权随时查看、更正、删除个人账号资料与个人信息；对平台协议、隐私政策有疑问或投诉建议，可通过官方渠道联系客服处理。
7. Agreement Revision七、协议修改
The platform may revise this agreement based on legal updates or business needs. Revisions will be posted prominently in the App and on the website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 平台可根据法律法规更新、业务运营需求修订本协议，修改后将在APP及官网显著位置公示，继续使用APP即视为默认同意新版协议条款。
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution八、法律适用与争议解决
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, legal action may be brought in the competent people's court where the platform is located. 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律；双方发生纠纷优先协商解决，协商不成可向平台属地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
9. Third-party Services九、第三方服务
1. Some App features use third-party services (maps, login sharing, payments, etc.). Third parties collect information per their own privacy policies. Please review their rules before use. 1. APP部分功能会接入第三方服务（地图导航、登录分享、支付等），第三方服务会按照自身隐私政策收集相关信息，使用前请自行阅读第三方规则。
2. Data leaks or functional issues caused by third-party services are the responsibility of the third party. The platform may assist in communication. 2. 因第三方服务造成信息泄露、功能异常等问题，由第三方承担责任，平台可尽力协助沟通处理。
10. Account Cancellation十、账号注销
1. If you decide to cancel your account, follow the steps in the App. 1. 若您决定注销账号，可在APP内按照对应步骤进行操作。
2. After submission, the platform will process within agreed working days. Please back up important data before cancellation. Data may not be recoverable afterward. 2. 账号注销申请提交后，平台会在约定工作日内处理；注销前请自行备份重要数据，注销后相关数据可能无法恢复。
3. After successful cancellation, the account cannot be used to log in. Except for data required by law, other information will be deleted or anonymized. 3. 注销成功后，无法再使用该账号登录，除法律法规规定需保留的数据外，其余信息将做删除或匿名化处理。
11. Disclaimer十一、免责声明
The platform strives to ensure accuracy of job and location information but is not liable for any losses caused by information errors or changes. 平台尽力确保求职、点位信息准确，但不承担因信息误差、变更产生的一切损失责任。
